You can file a Marsden motion to request a different attorney if you believe your attorney is acting ineffectively.

Good luck- it will probably not work . Be prepared to file a Request for Trial de Novo.
These are very difficult tickets to win.

I agree with my colleague . I believe you should have an attorney as there is the possibility that you can lose your driving privileges for one...

Yes you can change your plea at time of trial if officer shows up. You can ask for a reduction in fine as well. You might want to ask officer to...

You still need to appear in court. Bring proof that car was impounded and never released .

Call the watch commander at police agency which impounded your vehicle. They will tell the process for getting vehicle released.
