It is possible that the judge could sentence you to jail - although doubtful . Most likely will give you additional time to complete . I hope you...

Your ticket will not be dismissed without going to trial . Get an attorney to deal with this.

You need an attorney to fully go over the facts and DS 367. DMV hearings are far from easy.

He should be fine. Have him bring proof of work and family situation . The court should allow him additional time to do the 3 hours or waive it.

No - you will have to get warrant lifted and pay for ticket . Some courts are allowing community service in lieu of fine .
