I got a speeding ticket in CA, but all that was written down was the VC number (speed), he used lidar, can/should I fight this?

My esteemed colleague is correct! You never went to court to get hold lifted and deal with ticket. Call a traffic ticket attorney and they will get...
Sent in my fix it ticket correction through the mail but court never got it Now I have to pay around $900!

This can be dealt with. You have some proof- do not lose it. Get a date from court clerk or get an attorney to deal with this.

This is not an admission- although I have no doubrt that the officer will testify to it at time of trial. Get an attorney and figt your ticket.

Yes it is legal. Whether the testimony of the officer will hold up in court is another story . You need an attorney to desk with this as a guilty...

There is no best case scenario. Mandatory jail and car gets impounded- plus points on DMV record. Refusal is a one year license suspension .
