You can ask the officer if he will allow traffic school- otherwise you are playing with fire and face a significant fine.

Typically a proof of correction has a $25.00 fee- which you failed to pay. As a result a civil assessment was added on to it. I suggest you pay it.

Hopefully the judge will accept your story. More important , hopefully the officer filled out ticket completly . Bring proof of your own insurance.
