She needs to get CA ID. She also needs an attorney . She is facing one year license suspension because she was under 21 and had alcohol in system....

Not necessarily - it shows speed . The officer uses a separate clock.

That can possibly be corrected at trial- but I would suggest you fight this ticket with a traffic ticket attorney .

Get an attorney and records of your monthly purchases at the store. You cannot do this yourself.
