You have to get permission of the WA Court and Probation Dept- get an attorney.

Get an attorney to fight this ticket for you. The Proof of Insurance is correctable- the red light ticket is a point violation.

It's doubtful you will get a ticket as they track it by license plate number . If you do get an attorney. You were not the driver .
