It sounds like you are the victim if identity theft. You need to get the warrants lifted and deal with the tickets. The warrants will not...

He has to deal with these tickets. It is possible his car can get impounded. He should check into homeless court.

This is a tough situation . It is doubtful that you will be allowed any alternative sentence. You need an attorney . You want to try and get case...
