If this was a motion you have a court date . If you filed for relief and expungment it could take a few weeks .

A jury found me guilty of 417(a)(2) and the Judge sentenced me to 135 days jail time. SWP approved me for the last 45 days...

You have no choice but to turn up. Why would you screw up with just getting into program is the statement you should explain to sheriff . Good luck .

Get an attorney - you might be able to get hold lifted and fight ticket. I believe you can request community service.

Both of my colleagues are correct. You must get this reduced by filing a 17 (b) motion. Get an attorney.

They do not arrest you at DMV. You may not be able to get a license until you deal with paying off tickets.
