Do a livescan on yourself. That will tell you status. Get an attorney.

Get the hold lifted and DO NOT MISS your next court date. This might be a correctable offense. If so get ticket signed off by police agency before...

No - they do not know who you are. They do not have to serve you with anything.

File it. The court might be open to accept motions and to deal with custodies. Late filings due to holidays can get accepted.

The release date is 4/24/14. It is possible for him to get released sooner- but that is up to sheriff.
