You should check with an AZ traffic attorney to see how often the speedometer needs to be calibrated.

You need to speak with a traffic ticket attorney in your location to deal with these outstanding tickets. You might get relief from the court.

Unfortunately the court will not hear this matter anymore. It is too old and there is no way to get on calendar -if it is in Van Nuys.

My colleagues have answered this. It all depends on how many prior theft convictions you have. The payment plan with merchant is a civil matter .
