You might have a warrant. Speak to clerk. Your license is most likely suspended as you have an FTA! Get an attorney

The Judge will not do this in Ventura County. The officer has to agree. If they do, the court will accept that and reduce to a non point violation.

There is not much you can do. Remain silent. You can always call the police and tell them that there are suspicious people around

Unfortunately, if this happened in Ventura County there is no provision for community service. You must actually pay the fine and traffic school...

Speak to the Public Defender who represented him on his last court appearance. Jail is a possibility. His license is a potential problem.
