You should have registered bike as non operational during the years it was dead . Speak to dmv and relate story to them.

The DMV and court are really two separate entities. The court might have given you a deal but the DMV only deals with your license. You apparently...

The DA is required to turn over all evidence. This would include the video tape. Get an attorney to deal with this- although I believe you have one...

You will be eligible for a public defender. When you are on probation you must obey all laws. You probably agreed to be searched at anytime.

As long as you have completed all other requirements formal probation terminates at end of probation period.
I refused the breathalyzer when i was given the option but blood sample was taken in station? is this chemical test refusal?

This does not sound like a refusal . Get an attorney ASAP . There is a lot to deal with with respect to DMV and court.
