You need an attorney to deal with this. Let the attorney deal with court and arrange a date to bring you into court. You might need to post bail.

Waiting until you are 18 will serve no purpose. Get an attorney and fight the ticket.

A second DUI requires mandatory jail time. You also have probation violation for your first offense. Get an attorney. Orange County is very tough...

Be aware hat the citation might be the only notice you receive, you might want to contact in a week or so - or better yet get an attorney.

This happens all of the time. It can be difficult but the process works.
