He is being charged with attempted murder. He needs an attorney. Ido not believe he is getting out anytime soon.

You are being charged with forgery. You need an attorney for this offense. Whatever your defenses are tell them your attorney.
I was stopped on a DUI checkpoint never arrested or taken to jail. I was only given a 30 days temporary license and a tow paper.

Do not count on a wet with a valid .16 BAC. You are in line for an enhanced DUI as your BAC was over .16.

If your mother knew that driver did not have a valid license- she is breaking the law. Officer has total discretion whether to impound.

The speed limit controls. If you are uncomfortable with that move over to left and let speeders get the tickets. Flow of traffic is NO Defense.
