This is typical . Hearing Officers have to prepare a written decision . They also want any potential problems if they decide against you.
I was caught on camera shoplifting and they have my debit card information, they know i shoplifted, what will they do next?

Most likely yes if you were booked. You can do a livescan on yourself and find out.

His prior record will come into play. This matter might be eligible for county- but he is looking at jail time of about 6 years.
