I got a seeding ticket, extended it, went to court got community service, got a job right after and was nt able to do comm ser.

You need to clear this up ASAP . Your license is probably suspended. Go to clerk and get matter put on calendar. You need to get re- referred...

What should I do and what might happen since I missed my court date cuz I had to take my newborn daughter to the Hospital.

Call your attorney- bring proof - have him set your matter on calendar ASAP . You must do this NOW!
My good friend has completely ignored his DUI court date for well over a year. I am concerned. What will happen to him?

Your friend needs to get an attorney to deal with this mess. He has an arrest warrant out for him. Radar only works for so long!

The look back period for DUI's is 10 years. Your priors will be used to enhance whatever sentence you get.
