You need an attorney to deal with this matter. Juveniles who violate probation are not favored.

The fact that you pled guilty and paid your fine makes a deffered sentence impossible. Many courts do not permit alternative sentences on 490.1...

You always have a chance- but parking in a space for disabled is serious. You can fight this if you have the time. Take pictures.

Obviously there was a Notice of Correction with respect to due date. Keep those papers and be happy you are just fighting a ticket. Get an attorney...

The consensus among Avvo attorneys is to ignore civil demand letters. You were lucky no police were involved.
