It is apparent that your brother is the subject of a Federal investigation and possible crime. Get an attorney ASAP .

The employer has full discretion who to hire. Your felony past is now haunting you. You have no recourse against any potential employers.

The DMV will not remove this from your record. The DMV has their own rules wand requirements when it comes to DUI's .
