Biography
I work closely with Never's Palazzo's corporate and litigation attorneys. I counsel in the areas of business transactions, corporate and partnership formation and dissolution, and due diligence for sales and acquisitions. My litigation experience includes drafting motions, document productions, and legal research. While attending the University of Colorado Law School, I served as a public service scholar for the United States Department of Education and an extern for a judge at the Colorado Court of Appeals. I am also a member of the Colorado Bar, and I joined Nevers Palazzo as a law clerk in 2014 until my admission to the California State Bar in 2015.
