Ms. Crouts is an A+ attorney. I was facing a lot of time and had lost all will to fight and even to live. She went above and beyond for my cases. I have referred her to many people and everyone has given me thanks. She believed in me when I was at my lowest point and guided me to get the help I need...ed. This was in 2003 and she still checks on me to this day. I've been able to have a full life thanks to her.

I truly cannot express how grateful I am for Suzanne Crouts and the work she has done for me. From the very beginning, she was quick, efficient, and incredibly professional. Suzanne is who I recommend!

Suzanne is incredible. I found her somewhat by accident from another website’s directory. I am so glad I did! Suzanne made the entire process feel less daunting. Not having any legal education or frame of reference for legal matters is terrifying. She made me feel at ease and was available whenev...er I had questions. My case resolved in my favor after a hospital tried to blame staff for their negligence during an uprising and fired many of those who spoke out. She heard my story and took my side without making me feel how everyone else did: guilty - even when innocent. You never know how much it matters to be believed until you’re the one in question. Suzanne went over tough questions with me and gave me honest answers when I asked the painful questions. I’d have her as my lawyer for any reason, no question. A Lawyer that truly cares.

It all started with a Nursing Board case that truly shook me to my core, I was in complete panic when I was introduced to Suzanne after I called the Law Firm she works for via Google search, a man answered the phone, I told him what was going on and he said “I have the perfect person to represent yo...u, I’ll have her call you in the morning”. He didn’t even hesitate to tell me who that person was, it was indeed Suzanne Crouts. The very next day I talked to her on the phone for a LENGTHY amount of time talking about my case and what I needed to do. Not once did I feel rushed or just “another client” with a sob story, she really wanted to help me and hear MY truth, not just some ego driven police report. Suzanne looked at the facts of the matter and put me at ease of what was ahead of me even though I knew it was going to be rough. Not once did she sugar coat or sell me a dream. The way she put together my response as her being my legal representation of my matter to the board was incredible, not one corner was cut short. Now going on around 2 years later she is still checking on me and available when I have questions or concerns. To say Suzanne was heaven sent would be an understatement. Suzanne is the best attorney EVER

To say Suzanne is a lifesaver is not an exaggeration. She helped our family out of a catastrophic situation involving a relative's nursing license.
