I hired Steven Dhillon only to protect me from negative consequences in a rental matter - I needed to break a lease due to uninhabitable conditions, and the property management company threatened to file charges against me and sue me. I was also concerned with ending up with an eviction on my record.... Not only did he prevent any negative consequences from happening, but he also got the landlord to return my deposits in full, reimburse me for all rent paid after notification of the uninhabitable conditions, reimburse me for moving expenses, and throw in a bit more just for the inconvenience. It was truly more than I expected.
