I represent general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, rental companies and other trade professionals, spec builders and owners in connection with public (state, local and federal) and private (residential, commercial and industrial property) from contract preparation, negotiation, course of construction issues and disputes and in mediation, arbitration and litigation. I also handle a variety of construction and non-construction related real estate law disputes representing real estate investors, rehabers, flippers and others from reviewing contracts to solving simple and complex disputes, mediation, arbitration and litigation matters.
I am also the author of the best seller, international best seller and Eippy Award winning book "The Real Estate Candy Shop" released in October, 2015.
