We needed to update our outdated Will and Trust. We looked online to find an Estate Planning Law Group and after reading reviews we settled on Marsha Charbonnet. That was the best choice we could have made. Marsha walked us through all of the things we needed to update, explained them in language... we could understand, graciously answered all of our questions, and had our new Will and Trust done in a matter of a couple of weeks. We highly recommend her and her firm to anyone who needs to either make a Will and Trust or just bring one up to date. 5 stars!!

We were recently referred to Marisha by a long time family friend who is a professional wealth manager. We had become VERY disappointed in our original (20 years ago) local trust attorney who was clearly dragging out our attempted process with multiple meetings, hours of interaction costing thousand'...s with no clear end in sight... only to then say "we need to create a new trust". What happened to our 6 billable hours ? He couldn't answer that question so we were now DONE with him. (Later hearing similar complaint's from local business owners and personal acquaintances over the next years). Referred to Marisha, she met with us initially to hear our desires. She made the process very friendly, understandable, procedural and simply easy compared to our last experience. Even gave a fixed estimated fee. Within a few weeks discussed the parameters up front, quickly delivered our restated trust in a complete new binder. Marisha also explained in detail (taking 2 of hers hours) the next steps and answered all questions completing the process. We signed updated documents, gave thumbprints and out the door. We feel our 2 grown children and us as local business owners are now in much better hands going forward personally, financially, tax and estate wise.

Marisha and her legal assistant, Becky, were extremely efficient, patient, and knowledgeable. The documents we required (trust, wills, health care power of attorney, financial power of attorney) were completed in a timely manner. My husband and I left the office feeling very secure that our written... instructions, in case of our inability to care for ourselves and upon our deaths, were precise, ensuring the least possible stress for our children. We cannot recommend her more highly.

Marisha Chardonnet provided excellent help to create a family trust and all the necessary documents we needed to secure the future of our children keeping us the parents financially safe at the same time. She explained everything we needed to know in plain language. With her thorough knowledge and ex...perience we were able to put the whole package together in a very short time. We created everything using zoom conferences, telephone calls and emails to avoid COVID exposure. When it was complete we met in her office for a few minutes to sign and notarize all the documents.
