I have obtained and defended against prejudgement remedies including writs of attatchment, temporary restraining orders, and preliminary injunctions. I have briefed and argued appeals and writ proceedings in California Courts of Appeal and United States Circuit Courts of Appeal resulting in published opinions and reversals of judgements.
