Aaron Botti has extensive experience negotiating, drafting and analyzing various types of oil and gas contracts, such as purchase and sale agreements, joint operating agreements, area of mutual interest agreements, farm-outs, lease and surface use agreements, and easements for domestic petroleum producers. His professional accomplishments include:

• Negotiation and closing of more than 6,500 acres of real property and subsequent representation of the landowner in leasing of oil and gas rights to, and entering a surface use agreement with, a large upstream oil and gas developer
• Closing more than $150 million in oil and gas leases in California’s San Joaquin Basin
• Negotiation of oil and gas leases over thousands of acres in California
• Corporate transactions including placement of $800,000,000 in bond and other debt offerings, business formation in oil and gas, environmental, aerospace and other industries, and acquisition and divestiture of various subsidiaries by publicly traded companies.
