I need to say that this lawyer exceeded my expectations. I am in a very challenging industry-the movie business. I needed a lawyer to organize me legally and set my priorities straight. Linda Corwin delved right in at my request. She was able to negotiate several of my expiring contracts for way... more than I expected. She does her homework too. During the discussions regarding these contracts she was able to argue market share enhancement and several other concepts which led me to get way more favorable contracts. Interestingly she was able to talk me out of pursuing a couple of litigation possibilities by explaining the weakness and strength of my cases. Then she explained the remoteness of the possibility that I could recover enough to make my time and legal fees worthwhile. Glad she had my best interests at heart.

If an Attorney can't figure out how to communicate with people and sell her point of view who needs them? My business is an international one. We deal with Japan, Poland , and various other countries. I needed an attorney who could be culturally sensitive and effective in negotiating contracts with... business in foreign countries. Linda Corwin is excellent at this. She works hard, and listens to what others say. I am not a naturally good listener but am learning by observing her using her listening skills. Her legal fees are very fair. She seems to spend almost no time to achieve great results in my favor.

Ms. Corwin was recommended to me by a friend who is a major figure in the entertainment industry. I retained her to negotiate several complex contracts with a television producer. She explained everything clearly and concisely to me in language that I could understand. Her fortitude and tolerance f...or dealing with the worst type of stubborn people is to be commended. She got me much more than I expected.

Flat out, until my experience with Linda Corwin all of my experiences with lawyers were very negative. She treated me nicely and fairly. However she didn't hesitate to encourage me to change my goal because she felt that it would cost too much to achieve it. Yet, when I persisted she did as I reques...ted and for much less money that I was wiling to spend. Actually I interviewed several lawyers for my project which consisted of forming a partnership out of several existing partnerships. Until the clock started ticking time wise the other attorneys just wanted to give me the boot. Linda Corwin actually made some good suggestions in the initial meeting and surprised me by saying that she enjoyed meeting me and she seemed like she meant it. All in all, I highly recommend Linda Corwin.

A group of businesses including mine consulted Ms. Corwin about some very difficult business issues regarding a big competitor which was trying to put us out of business. Ms Corwin was able to represent our group being fair and responsive to all of us. She managed to negotiate a contract which all...owed all of us to peacefully coexist and continue in business. Her cleverness allowed her to make some suggestions to guide our group in purchasing inventory and supplies at a group discount which lowered our cost of doing business. She also made suggestions as how to share some big expenses pro rata among ourselves . With Ms. Corwin's legal and business help we were able to cut our costs and compete very effectively against this competitor. So we are ALL still in business and doing well. Interestingly, we all are becoming good friends in our group and brainstorming to improve all of our businesses.
