Biography
My law firm, Law Offices of Seth C. Bowen, is situated in the Northern Los Angeles area and mainly serves clients in Los Angeles and Ventura County. I am fluent in Spanish and perform work for English and Spanish speaking clients.
I earned my Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University School of Law and my Master of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. I have also achieved over 200 hours of mediation training and practice and have mediated over 25 legal cases.
My main legal areas of emphasis are Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Personal Injury. However, in addition to maintaining my own clientele, I perform independent contract work for other law firms which has permitted me to gain legal experience in other areas such as Financial Elder Abuse, Construction Law, Bankruptcy Creditor, and Debtor Relations, Probate Law and Estate Planning. I believe that my experience in various areas of California and Federal law sets myself apart from other attorneys and serves as a legal advantage when I address each client’s unique case.
