Biography
My work focuses on helping the "little guy." I represent individuals whose privacy rights have been violated by corporations, small business owners and creative entreprenuers who are working hard to protect their intellectual property and other contracual rights, as well as those injured as a result of auto accidents or faulty products. My pro bono work is primarily centered on matters concerning the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, Iraqi Refugee Assistance Project, asylum, and adoption cases. Prior to joining RKR Legal, I was an associate at Bingham McCutchen (now Morgan Lewis), and a legal intern at the National Immigration Law Center. I graduated from UC Berkeley School of Law.
