Nathan Howard Bernstein

Nate Bernstein is a seasoned California licensed attorney with more than three decades of experience handling real estate litigation and transactions. A veteran 32-year trial lawyer and founder of the LA Real Estate Law Group, Nate represents sophisticated clients in complex real estate matters, as well as related business, commercial, and bankruptcy litigation. His practice focuses on protecting valuable property interests and resolving disputes efficiently and strategically.

Nate advises clients on a wide range of residential and commercial real estate matters, including quiet title actions, purchases and sales, leasing, contract negotiation, ownership disputes, mediation and arbitration, landlord tenant matters, and unlawful detainer cases.
