Barry Stephen Parker

I do not recommend Barry S. Parker. The State Bar Court of California found him guilty of Multiple Acts of Misconduct in 2005. He was put on probation for one year. He lead me to believe he was working on it, then did not return calls and correspondences. My claim was closed. I was able to re-open it by filing a lawsuit in the court with one month left on the 2 year Statue of Limitations.
