I would advise prospective clients to exercise caution when considering this law firm. Throughout my husband’s three-year case, communication has been consistently lacking. Updates were infrequent, and when my husband attempted to follow up, he was repeatedly told by Sevan his attorney he had other p...riorities and would call him the next day, which seldom occurred. Of particular concern was the handling of my husband’s final QME report. The firm had the report for approximately two weeks without informing us, despite our ongoing efforts to obtain closure on the case. When questioned, the explanation provided was that staff members were unavailable and the office was overwhelmed. Based on our experience, the level of responsiveness and sense of urgency were below expectations. I hope the firm addresses these issues to better serve future clients.
