My husband and I hired Michael Finley in May 2013. He gave sound advice, and was always well prepared. For example, he filed paperwork with the court to have hearsay, double hearsay, and even triple hearsay evidence that was damaging to us struck from the case. (Basically, he eliminated "evidence"... that consisted of baseless accusations made by people who had no direct contact with us or any of the actual facts.) The paperwork to do so was filed at the exact time required to be permissible while leaving the opposing side with the least amount of time possible to modify their strategies after losing access to their hearsay arguments. Without the hearsay, they had nothing but actual facts to go on, which left them with basically nothing. Consequently, the judge dismissed the case with prejudice immediately after opening arguments. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again if the need should arise.
