Ms. Odom's business practice includes counseling clients on entity formation, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, drafting business minutes and resolutions, advising companies and shareholders on buy-sell agreements, drafting employment handbooks, non-disclosure agreements, and other related business agreements. Ms. Odom endeavors to build strong working relationships with her clients and has become trust corporate counsel to many small and midsized businesses in LA County

Ms. Odom's estate planning practice including drafting revocable livings trust, wills, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, nomination of guardians. She also advises clients on structuring business interests in the context of estate planning, as well as advising clients on business succession planning. Ms. Odom also counsels clients through the passing of loved ones, and assists them through the trust administration process.

Ms. Odom's real estate practice consists of representing landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating commercial leases, representing lenders and borrowers in real estate purchase transactions and real estate financing, drafting numerous real estate related documents, including real estate purchase agreements, loan agreements, promissory notes, grant deeds, and other related real estate agreements.
