Lisa has been practicing law since 2004.  Her practice initially involved representing Chapter 11 bankruptcy debtors, but she soon found that representing businesses in transactional matters was where she belonged and she began advising clients as to various real estate and corporate matters in 2007.  Lisa advises and represents both businesses and individuals in all aspects of corporate and real estate transactions, including leasing and finance matters.  She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating agreements.  Lisa also advises clients regarding general business and corporate regulatory matters, including entity formation matters, securities laws,  real estate transactions and commercial leasing, estate planning and trust administration, as well as business succession planning.  Lisa's practice is based in Santa Clarita, California but she has clients throughout California.
