John W. Dickens, Esq. is qualified to practice law in both the United States and United Kingdom. He holds the distinction of being the first member of the UK Chartered Institute of Legal Executives to successfully pass the California State Bar Exam.
He began his career as an Employment Litigator in his native Leeds, UK, where he was a regular fixture arguing complex cases at the Employment Tribunal. John later moved to Southern California to practice U.S. Immigration Law.
Initially working for the highly-reputable Sidman Law Group under legendary Immigration Attorney, Bernard Sidman, John represented an astounding array of multi-national corporations, major sporting franchises, SMEs and celebrities, before beginning his own practice focusing exclusively on business immigration.
A business immigrant himself, John has a deep understanding of the practicalities of moving to the United States to open a successful venture.
