My husband and I have been thinking about getting a trust for a few years now (even more so after having kids). I had contacted a few law firms to gather information and pricing information, and quite honestly the to-do list to prepare for a meeting with various firms was a little overwhelming. It took as 2 meetings with him (1 hour each) to finalize everything! The first meeting we went over basics and he explained every aspect involved in a living trust to us. We provided him with some information. At our next meeting we signed our documents. DONE! The only reason it took as 2 months were our busy work schedules and the holidays. Otherwise we could have had our trust set up within 4 weeks! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
