Keeps the Fire Going
Donald Hayes will win your case; however, he plays dirty. He is good at keeping the anger going and attacks the other side with petty stuff, which burys the other side in their own attorney fees. Finally the other side caves. Like I said, I won, but not because I deserved to.

This reviewer fails to identify his/her self and if they had I could give a detailed explanation. All of the lawyers in Santa Clarita know I don't practice this way.

When I decided to divorce my husband, I hired Mr. Hayes immediately as my attorney in this matter. I had no idea that he (we) would be up against an Opposing Counsel that had no ethical or moral standards of any kind. Opposing Counsel was devious, deceptive and always changing wording in agreement...
