How do I help my client make informed choices? I begin any conversation with a client by listening with a focus on fully understanding their situation now, and any possible future situations that may arise or impact them. Next, informing recommendations for their best interests, I present them with choices that identify both the pros & cons, the benefits & downsides; and then continue to communicate throughout the design and drafting process.
He simultaneously earned his law degree and master’s degree in business from the University of Pittsburgh and has been a licensed attorney since 1997. In 2011, Mr. Cohen moved his law practice to the Santa Clarita Valley and now serves clients in Valencia, the Los Angeles area, and throughout all of Southern California. Mr. Cohen counsels clients to optimize estate plans for their specific circumstances. He is especially skilled at preparing estate plans for taxable and non-taxable estates. He has specific experience utilizing a variety of transfer tools and advanced planning devices
