As a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law and a sole practitioner for 40 years, I focus primarily on the preparation of wills/trusts/other docs for people with significant accumulated net worth. Under our current tax system, most planning for my clients involves the avoidance of probate and the reduction in post-death income, estate and generation skipping taxes. A fair part of my practice is devoted to post-mortem uncontested probates and trust administration representing both Executors/Trustees and Beneficiaries.
