Alan was absolutely incredible to watch work. He has a great ability to empathize with his clients, and this understanding gives Alan the aptitude to convey the strong emotions of a tough case with mediators and judges. When we met, he was calm and cool under any discussion, and could see all sides o...f a case or possibility when I had already come to conclusions of how things would go, either for better or worse. He could assure me that my worst fears had not considered optimal routes, and that my greatest hopes had not considered possible snags. His mindful nature kept me going and kept me realistic about my case, and I cannot thank him enough.
