A 4th DUI is considered a felony. before your husband yirns himsrlf on hw should hire counsel.

I had several DUI's in the 1980's & the last one was a felony with the new laws. No one hurt, no accidents just foolish.

You may be able to wobble down the felony if you didn't get a state prison sentence. if so yoy.may.be.able to get.your gun rights reinstated

you really would need an expert to go to trial. it's the only effective way of repeating the .08
But those are great cases for trial

If you completed everything, classes, paid fines, etc., you can request an early termination of probation and expunge your record. Best to do this...
