You cam probably get some of these conditions transferred but you or your Attorney need to.go to court.to.get your terms modified

If they are looking for you, there may be a warrant. I would certainly recommend getting your own attorney here to monitor the situation and deal...

You are in range to get a wet, but i would not reccomend going it alone. your best chance is with private counsel.

Technically, your license does not fall into suspension until you are served proper notice [a temporary driver's license and notice of suspension]....

Once you co to court her Attorney can order a split of her blood.urine sample for independent testing. Given the situation I highly recommend...
