Rabin Jonah Pournazarian

In December 2022, I had been looking for a bankruptcy lawyer when a legal organization a referral for Rabin. I knew as soon as I talked with Rabin that he was the right lawyer. He was knowledgeable, to the point, frank and honest. My bankruptcy has gone very well with only a few weeks to go. He a...lso met with my daughters and they were equally pleased. I trusted Rabin and that matters most of all to me. I am extremely pleased with this professional relationship.

Highly recommend! Rabin helped my elderly mother with a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. While I had my reservations about hiring an attorney in a different state (we are in Texas), Rabin could not have been more helpful. He navigated the legal aspects of the case easily, met with my mother and helped calm her ...down, and took extra time to meet with the rest of the family to assist my anxious mother. He was responsive, sensitive, and direct throughout the process. He prepared my mother very well for the legal hearing, and he was professional and effective during this hearing, as well. We also found his staff to be helpful and assuring. Hopefully we won't need to do any more with bankruptcy filings any time soon, but if we ever did, I would not hesitate to hire Rabin again.

Mr. Pournazarian is not only a great and knowledgeable lawyer but also he's a great human being inside, after... almost 3 years of my bankruptcy filing he still takes care of my emails and questions that i have. Like yesterday my HELOC loan was in jeopardy of not going through because the title company pulled out of this 2011 judgment out of no where and I could not find my papers to proof to the bank that it's satisfied and the lien was removed, but as soon as I emailed him, within minutes he emailed me the court copy of the motion that the lien was removed, so the bank accepted it and now my loan is ready to be signed on Monday, Anyways, I know I can't use these guys for another 7 years or hopefully never :) but if anyone needs a bankruptcy lawyer, these guys are the right ones in business.
