I have been practicing Law for over 29 years throughout the entire state of Calfiornia, specifically in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.   My focus has been on consumer bankruptcy and commerical litigation for the past 30 years. In the last 20 years, my practice has increased in Estate Planning, specifically Trust preparation and Administration.  I am passionate about the law and my clients. As a trusted dedicated attorney it is my goal to change lives.  I have represented large companies as well as individuals. I believe that individuals should receive the same quality representation as large businesses without the large expense.  It is my hope to instill trust and confidence in my clients to know that their family is protected, whether it be for estate planning purposes, personal finances or new business endeavors. I believe that attorneys should work together with their clients to achieve their common goals.  I have handlled many hundreds of bankruptcy cases, representing both debtors and creditors, including Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13.  I have also prepared hundreds of estate plans for both large estate holders as well as individuals with small estates. If you own any kind of real estate a Living Trust is essential to avoid probate.  If you do not have a Living Trust and pass away without a Trust, your estate will be guaranteed to go to Probate.    I am a firm believer that planning is everything, whether it be Estate Planning, financial planning or business planning.  It is important to seek quality legal advice from a trusted professional rather than do-it-yourself sites or programs.  In the long run you will be saving yourself money, headaces and many sleepless nights.
