Bill is the heavy hitter in the State of California's arsenal of legal Eagles who fight for people, workers, in California ,who have gained a State of California Division of Labor Standards and Enforcement Ruling ,and find that the employer wants to litigate the judgement, add infinity until the work...er gives up, and collects nothing of what they are owed by judgement. ( At 3 times during Our extended and protracted litigation before the Judge, in court, the judge stopped the trial and went off record to ask Bill the Law on certain aspects of the case......Later I found out Bill had written the States Opinion on several pertinent laws.)
