Sohaila Sagheb

I hired Attorney Sohaila Sagheb and was told I had a strong dental malpractice case, but my experience with her was bad. I gave her important medical records in a sealed envelope, but they were still unopened over a year later. She didn’t subpoena critical dental records from other doctors to support... my case, and didn’t press for missing records from the doctor who messed up my teeth. She never hired the expert she said she would. She didn't pursue liability, ignored evidence that the doctor caused damage and didn’t treat the infection. After pushing me to accept a settlement that wouldn't even cover my dental repair, she said she would fight if I didn’t like the offer, but abruptly withdrew from my case when I declined the settlement. She became very rude and wouldn’t look at proof of the infection she said I didn’t have. I later learned the maximum settlement was much lower than what she said was possible without liability. I've been left with ongoing dental issues, significant expenses, and a bad legal experience. I would tell anyone considering legal services to go somewhere else!
