Shaun Joseph Bauman

I came to know Mr Bauman through my previous lawyer law firm who transferred my case to his office. Dealing with Mr Bauman has been worse for my health than the car accident itself when I was rearended by a truck. I assumed all lawyers would fight hard for their own clients. Instead I have been m...ade to feel like he is actually on the side of the plaintiff we are suing. He tells me how wonderful they are and how easy they are to get along with yet this is the same company who Mr Bauman tells me refuses to get back to him regarding a meager $25,000 lawsuit. A number that is a joke and insult especially since its the same amount as the trucks yearly registration that rear ended me. Mr Bauman does not return calls, answer emails,se clients or settle law suits. Clients who were told their cases after 3-10years were finally going to settle per insurance company. Mr Bauman claims he still years later have not received payment. Also, he NEVER EVER have given me the break down or correspondence between his firm and the defendant s firm. I have constantly called requesting updates which he never has since he claims they won't talk to him. Mr Bauman claims they never talk to me yet he thinks they are the Greatest when they treat him and his clients so poorly. I should have believed the hundreds or thousands of 1 star reviews from Google yet I chose to believe against my better judgement Mr Baumans response saying they were a bunch of angry litigants who didnt get what they wanted so they are angry! Angry at a lawyer who was hired to fight for his clients but got cases lost, low settlements andclients who just walked away waiting for a small check that NEVER came in the mail. Do yourself a favor and read his Google reviews. Its disgusting so much so that I am filing a complaint with the state bar. I refuse to accept this behavior from someone I trusted to help me not hurt me more. Many following my lead. Im not a lawyer yet I do know when my lawyer does not have my best interest at heart. Trust Google reviews. Everyone cant be lying on this man something is clearly wrong.
