It is really unfortunate that the construction business isn't more transparent. These license contractors will take advantage of you. There is a lot of room for them to make up excuses and for us the consumer to be left in dark because we are naive about the business. Rahel helped us file against our contractors bond. We eventually were able to retrieve some money back. But the process was extremely tedious and we have been lost with the help of Rahel. Please please please don't ever let these contractors get away with taking advantage of you. Seriously, when in doubt just call Rahel and consult with her. She will let you know of you have case.
