Justin Rabi

I hired Mr. Rabi for a landlord tenant case. He appeared genuine due to the representations he made about his intentions. Unfortunately, he was not effective and I was evicted. I was not able to reach him by phone more than half of the times I called him, and ultimately, Mr. Rabi failed to deliver ...on his promises. He seemed to have felt insulted when I expressed my disappointed, but I would have expected for him not to make promises that he would not be able to keep.
