He agreed to take my case on contingency. I submitted detailed information on the fraud committed and my loss of $250,00. He waited 5 years to work on it. By then I had gotten some money back. He said that I was only being offered $5000and they did not even want to give me that. He wanted half. The...n he sent me a personal check from him. I was told by friends and professionals that the settlement had to be a check from the Company that I was suing. I wa so shook up that I let it go.I will know always wonder if my settlement was really only $5000.

I had the misfortune of being a client of his and I've never seen a lawyer who is capable of so much neglect. On top of which, to get whatever money I was due from a meager settlement was like pulling teeth. Literally my funds were withheld from me for several years while he was telling me one lie ...on top of another. I believe that had he been better prepared I would have gotten a substantially bigger settlement, which is bad enough, but then to be lied to as to why he won't turn over my funds is unspeakable.
