Charles Robert Green

Mr. Green is a managing partner of Green de Bortnowsky, LLP.  His firm has been in practice for over 30 years and represents cities, joint powers authorities, redevelopment agencies and other public entities.  His goal is to provide advice, guidance and protection for clients to perform their jobs in the most efficient and effective manner possible. 

Since joining Green de Bortnowsky, LLP in 1987, Mr. Green has provided a variety of services to cover clients' needs.  His services include:

• Assistant City Attorney of Cathedral City since 1996 and City Attorney of Cathedral City since 2001
•  City Attorney of Desert Hot Springs from 1997-2004
•  City Attorney of City of Victorville 2002-2007
• Redevelopment Agency Counsel to Redevelopment Agencies of Cathedral City and Desert Hot Springs since 1996
• Redevelopment Agency Council to Cities of San Bernardino and Colton from 1987-2000, Mammoth Lakes in 1997, and Redwood City and Brentwood from 2003-present
• City Prosecutor for City of Calabasas from 2003-2007

Mr. Green is also experienced in a wide range of laws which apply to public entities, including: the Brown Act, the Public Records Act, Political Reform Act, CEQA, Environmental law, Redevelopment law and Post-Redevelopment law, code enforcement, risk management assessment, and contract negotiation.
